  • How do you pick a ripe mango? Look for slightly firm, plump mangos that have a sweet smell.
  • How do you cook butternut squash? Sprinkle chopped squash with nutmeg and sage. Roast in oven at 400 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • How many strawberries are in one cup? About 8 large berries.
  • Why is broccoli good for you anyways? One cup of fresh broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K. It is also a good source of folate and vitamin A.
